Just bought a new vehicle this week! Blake was so friendly, personable and knowledgeable- for only being employed for a couple weeks! He has a bright future. And Julianna went above and beyond to help us get a great rate. She is a very we can make it happen’ type of sales person. Also extremely personable, and definitely knowledgeable of her job and the dealership. JH needs to hold on to these 2 —They are huge assets to the dealership.
Had to have service done to my Jeep and they took it right in on the day I called. They diagnosed the problem which was going to be a bigger job so they were kind enough to take me home and Phil in the service dept kept me informed, treated me fair and honest and arranged to come and pick me up when it was done.
Jeff and everyone at Hinderer were wonderful to deal with. I had the truck on my wishlist and they made my wish come true! I wish there were an "Excellent" rating!
Service people were pleasant to work with. Informative, seemed to know what they were talking about and nice. Caring. Clean environment
Had a wonderful experience with all the sales associates and management here. Very relaxed environment they have a lounge that's like what you would find in a five star hotel ❤️ They were ready to answer all the questions I had. Eland Leigh was very helpful in getting my family into the most comfortable vehicle. He was knowledgeable and very thoughtful throughout the entire process of purchasing our new auto.
