Was in service and mechanic broke front end parts (idler arm etc) trying to get frozen castor out to align my Ram 1500. Repair costs began to skyrocket, so i ended up discussing with serv mgr Jason Culver. He is very knowledgeable and fair. They ended up repairing the vehicle and additional damage and did not put the added expenses on me. Im a loyal Hinderer customer and appreciate Mr Culvers professionalism

I took my Jeep Wrangler for a recall - they were ready when I arrived for the appointment and immediately went to work. The vehicle was ready in less than one hour. There is a very nice customer waiting area with comfortable chairs, large TV and refreshments. Very easy vehicle drop off and pick up!

I have purchased several cars here and Lisa and her team have always made me feel like I’m VIP. Top notch service and the atmosphere just adds to it. Not only do they treat each other like family, but their customers as well.

Came in just to get my car appraised and they ended up offering $4,500 more when no one else would give the time or day. Very nice and friendly to work with! Will be recommending everyone to look for a car there first!

Service dept is amazing I love cdjr of heath ! When the time comes we will be purchasing from them again. This visit was due to a warranty recall the specialist went out of his way to find the part at a different location so we could have our truck and our busy family back on the road . It’s those little things that really give this place a hometown feel and keep us coming back for purchases , service and even body work at one point .

They worked with me on finding the best finance company that would work with my credit. From the moment I walked in the door and until I left, I was greeted with respect and dignity. I wasn't made to feel as though I was just another person to make a sales pitch too but generally felt as though they cared about my situation.
