Great experience buying my Honda Fit from John Hinderer. Scheduled my first oil change online and the service center was very efficient and friendly and got me in and out in a very timely manner.

The overall experience was friendly, fast, and enjoyable up until it was time to purchase the car: Which is understandable given the day of purchase. But still, 3 hours from “This is the car” to “I now own the car” is a smidge ridiculous. Overall though Joe was phenomenal and was dedicated to finding us the best car, regardless of how long it took. He was a pure joy!
Great experience. Sales department associate Amy Miracle was so helpful with the purchase of my used vehicle. Extras like the free oil changes and engine coverage with purchases is such a great incentive.
