I haven't had service as yet. Will get my first oil change in March of 2021. The people I enteracted with while leasing the car were very friendly. I don't remember the name of the finance fellow, other than Mitch, and the girl who demonstrated the various features on the car was Rebecca (but I didn't get her card so not sure of last name.

Everyone is friendly and willing to explain what my car needed. I have been told afterwards that I could have had the work done at a lesser price or wouldn’t have had to have all the work done, but I know the computer said I needed it.
