Phillip was swamped, but he was polite, friendly and respectful. He listened to what I requested and acted on it. Too often I go to get service at various places and I am treated like I don't know anything and spoken down to. The first dealership we have ever dealt with that actually worked for us. The reason for the visit today was an oil change and carwash. Time completed was excellent.
