The sales person michael was fabulous - my experience with the service team less so - folks needed some social emotional awareness training - it felt like young people who are undertrained and un-motivated.

I have dealt with various salesmen in my lifetime and Ron Strong is one of the best. He was considerate, thoughtful and answered all my questions without in my opinion trying to persuade me one way or another letting me make up my own mind. I have left car dealerships before just because of the salesman. I definitely would be a repeat customer because of Ron Strong and the way I was treated by him and by the dealership. A solid, well-managed, decent dealership. I was helped by the service guy in getting an appraisal on my trade-in prior to my visit. The sales staff were friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.
