Pleasant Yes, it was a very good experience. I like the friendly effective approach. I went in for a oil change and got so much more! And it was no charge!
Sales and service personnel are knowledgeable and very professional. I like the fact the the sales people do not pressure you and strive in giving you the best deal that you can afford. I wouldn’t deal with any other dealership.
I was extremely surprised to see not one service employee wearing a mask. Only the woman inside working the snack area was wearing a mask.
Everyone was friendly. The waiting area was very nice. It didnt take long at all to get my key and the key was cost efficient.
I have had good service and the service members are polite and helpful. My vehicle seemed fixed, but the engine light came back on a couple hours later. Even though the problem was not fully diagnosed the first time, the service member ran the diagnostic a second time free of charge and ultimately fixed the problem.
Did a great job getting the work done in a timely manner. Cody walked me out to look at how my spark plugs looked and was very professional
