A solid, well-managed, decent dealership. I was helped by the service guy in getting an appraisal on my trade-in prior to my visit. The sales staff were friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.
Consistently exceed expectations in service department. Not cheap but piece of mind is worth the extra cost. Service advisors are knowledgeable. Waiting area is comfortable.
Oil Change Great customer service. Very friendly service department. I did not have a wait time before I was greeted with a smile. My car was ready earlier than expected. Loved that my car was washed.
A long way to go, but worth it. I started coming to Hinderer Honda service because they have the only AutoButler in the central OHIO area. I’m coming from Grove City, so about 40 minutes away. That said, I am always treated fairly and efficiently by Zach Farrington. With others, I am generally confronted with check-in that questions my pre-paid oil change. Excellent experience with service department.Had a Excellent experience with service department. Had a warranty issue with 2020 Honda Pilot. Made an appointment, dropped vehicle, greeted by Service - David. David kept me up to date with progress and notified me upon completion. Overall very satisfied with the Service department and completion of the warranty repair.
Great experience and honest in regards to what was going on with my truck, communication was clear and to the point! Thankful I’ve found a place that is such that I can do business with!!

Very helpful technician, is very straight forward. He DEFINITELY knows what he’s talking about. Has a decent (not the best) beard. Super fantastic overall.
