They were very nice. Did not have part we needed, now will have to make another trip back and we live 2 1/2 hours away. Overall well done.
Bryan asked me how my day was. He give details as to what I needed in my next visit. Made great conversation while noting me always recognizes my car. The home-like feel is always great here.
Great place for service to a vehicle. All employees were friendly and helpful. Especially enjoyed the short wait while having a drink and donut and conversation with Sandy. Brian was also so helpful with handling our check in/out.
Doesn’t get any better Love my new CR-V. Tyler done a GREAT job ! We checked all Honda dealers within a 100 mile radius and John Hinderer Honda was $2000 dollars cheaper than anyone. Also the finance person ,Taylor McIntosh was awsome . No pressure at anytime.

Very friendly and helpful- everyone there but Joseph Vericella made my car shopping fun and relaxed! I was dreading doing the “car shopping “ process and it was sudden but I knew where I wanted to go and knew what I wanted and what we didn’t want. Joseph made it very easy and his exceptional customer service personality was a great addition. When you call for appointment they get you in when you want. Service department is always very good. They want to know if we wanted to be dropped off so we could get breakfast.
They were very nice and polite and was able to do exceptional service in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely be returning for more service.
