Very friendly and helpful- everyone there but Joseph Vericella made my car shopping fun and relaxed! I was dreading doing the “car shopping “ process and it was sudden but I knew where I wanted to go and knew what I wanted and what we didn’t want. Joseph made it very easy and his exceptional customer service personality was a great addition. Service was good but expensive. All service was completed and seems correct. I had to work with 3 advisors and went very good with the hand offs . Only issue is trying to contact them by phone. I used the website to contact someone and it worked out fine.
My car has never needed to be serviced before-father's a mechanic. Therefore, Julius was super helpful and polite. The waiting area has many amenities and was very clean. Thank you.
