John Hinderer Honda is an excellent dealership to work with. The service is impeccable with friendly and helpful staff in all departments to help with any questions, concerns, service, sales or just making you feel comfortable while waiting on service. We came in for service and ended up purchasing a new Pilot which is my favorite SUV. After owning one for 13 years there was no question when we decided to purchase another from this dealership thank you for your help and patience with us!

I went into JHH to buy the car I had been leasing. Jason Waldren and Miguel worked hard, and after much deliberation talked me into getting a brand new accord. They were both wonderful to work with. They got us a great deal! Jason was very honest throughout the whole process. This is our second car with Jason, and probably won’t be our last. At the end Lexi walked me through all the new features of my new car. She was very sweet and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. These three employees are a great asset to JHH!
The service is always great, and I always feel well cared for! My needs are always met without issues, and my certified pre-owned vehicle has been great!
Tyler McClung was great to work with! Faith did a great job going over all the controls in the car to make sure we understand how to use everything. Both Tyler and Faith stayed after hours to accommodate us so we could leave with our new vehicle that evening. Great experience!
The staff there (Amy and Ryan) were exceptionally helpful. They were way more patient than they every needed to be and they made the whole process as painless as possible. Those two should be recognized as two of the best salespeople at the dealership.
I definitely feel like I was given the star treatment! I had no idea I was even getting a new car and when we walked in, Amy greeted us at the door and literally everything was done for me. All I had to do was sign paperwork! A huge thanks to her (and my husband) for completing pulling off a wonderful surprise!
