My experience as a customer. Getting ready to leave house for doctor’s appointment, my Honda CRV would not start. After talking with your service dept. I called tow company and when I arrived to John Hinderer I was treated with respect and my problem was addressed immediately. It was beautiful having the knowledge that I was in good hands. Auto Butler Application Thank you for the multi point inspection and complimentary alignment. Cody explained everything nicely. It took less time than originally thought. I enjoyed a hot coffee and delicious raisin oatmeal cookie while waiting.
ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE and DETAILING I was out and had service Jason Culver and his service team went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of in a timely manner. I have never had bad service and I also had my auto butler done, that was completed by Tony Whetstone in the detailing shop and I cannot say enough about John Hinderer service team and the detailing team wonderful people never been upset.
Top notch The service area staff were professional, experienced, and caring. I spent 4 hours in the waiting room but it was comfortable, I was kept up-to-date on the progress of the repairs, and the hostess that had snacks at the ready was quite pleasant.
