Corey was very helpful Corey at the service dept desk was very kind and helpful. The service on my pilot was completed in a timely manner. I also like that my vehicle was washed.
Top notch The service area staff were professional, experienced, and caring. I spent 4 hours in the waiting room but it was comfortable, I was kept up-to-date on the progress of the repairs, and the hostess that had snacks at the ready was quite pleasant.
Very pleased I was very thankful with how attentive Jonathan was when my vehicle was in for its oil change and the same with Jason when my vehicle needed a new battery. My vehicle was in twice within two days. I appreciated both of them and how detailed and prompt they were with the service. Will definitely use John Hinderer Honda for future service visits!!
Oil change I always have a good experience when I come to Hinderer. I enjoy seeing and talking with the service consultants and the hospitality staff when I come in. Everyone is friendly and helpful. And speaking of hospitality, I greatly appreciate having complimentary drinks and snacks available while I wait.
Excellent service I just bought a 2014 Honda Accord and the staff here was amazing! I highly recommend them to anyone. Me having not the best credit in the world they were still able to get me in a new car fast and the car is amazing.
Professional and Friendly Went in for my first maintenance visit for my 2019 HRV with purchased maintenance agreement. Jonathan was very professional and friendly in outlining what the service entailed and what was paid for out of which entities. The service was quick and the car wash was a great plus! Thanks!!
