Outstanding The entire experience from start to finish was outstanding! Michael did an excellent job of explaining the features of the Passport. Tyler was very thorough (and patient, because I had lots of questions) as he demonstrated the technology features. Henry was extremely knowledgeable and efficient with the paperwork. And Jason was outstanding, as usual, on the service end. I have bought a number of vehicles from JHH over the last 20 years, and it's because of the outstanding service that I keep coming back!

Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L Overall it was a good not great experience. The detail team didn’t do the best job, lots of uneven wax and plastic film left on surfaces of the car.

Great overall! Although I did not buy my Honda from John Hinderer, I still have my car serviced there and they still treat me as if I did. While my visits are mainly routine maintenance, they still treat each visit as if I was their only customer. Friendly a thorough. They even washed my car as a complimentary part of my visit.
