Excellent Service I did not have an appointment, but they took me right in. I had a recall and an alert came on my car. Zack is great! Always takes care of me. Great customer service.
Fast and friendly My car was due for 30K maintenance and I was told it would be a 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait. I didn’t mind because the waiting room is quite nice. I was pleasantly surprised when it was done in 2 hours! Bryan was professional and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

Great overall! Although I did not buy my Honda from John Hinderer, I still have my car serviced there and they still treat me as if I did. While my visits are mainly routine maintenance, they still treat each visit as if I was their only customer. Friendly a thorough. They even washed my car as a complimentary part of my visit. Awesome John Hinderer Honda Excellent service! This is the second time we are buying cars from this dealer. Both times satisfied. Just wished bought a Honda the first time also.
Did not accomplish anything I needed them to. I had an appointment to fix my screen display and get an oil changed. When I arrived, I had told them I was leaving my car there and I would come back later to pick it up. I received a call a few hours later regarding the display screen and the solution to fix it. The guy on the phone told me they needed to order the part and it would arrive the following morning. We discussed the cost, and I have him the go ahead to have it done. Positive Experience My car was in for routine maintenance. As always, my experience was positive and pleasant. My service rep was very helpful, and the work was accomplished in a timely manner.
Truly professional sevice I called for an oil change appointment and got in the next day. I walked into the service department and was promptly greeted. They took all my information and walked me to a very nice waiting area which they asked if I needed any beverages while I waited. When the oil change was completed, my car was washed and ready to go.
