Friendly and efficient The selling of my vehicle was fairly simple. They came to my house to appraise my vehicle since I did not have valid tags to drive it. An offer was given, though I do think it was slightly low, I just wanted to be rid of the vehicle. Once I provided the proper paperwork, the check was written and the tow truck picked up my car.
Maintenance Came in for a oil change in and out in under a hour. Great service, rep was friendly. Even got my car washed thank you
Fantastic Experience We went to this dealership based on recommendations from a family member and some longtime friends. The sales experience was great! Ron Strong was very informed, listened to our questions and got us answers before we made the deal. He matched an online discount we found during our research (not for their dealership) and gave us a fair trade-in value for our 2008 Accord.
Personal and Informative They took me out on the shop floor and lifted the truck and showed me everything they did. Let me watch them work and explained everything as they did it. Jason was great. Very professional and knowledgeable about his trade and very conversational.
Buying my first car Ron was so nice and helpful. He really made sure the car was what I wanted. He also made sure they cleaned it very well and inspected it. Overall experience was great. Would definitely recommend. Wasn’t a lengthy process for my first car either!
Nice waiting area! I was greeted quickly, work was done in appropriate amount of time. Having oil changed, tires rotated, and two recalls addressed. All taken care of efficiently. I had mentioned to service person that my key fob was not working as it had previously. As I was ready to leave, I inquired about it and he had apparently forgotten. He did offer to have someone look at it but at that point I had to leave for other appointment.
Great dealership to deal with. This is the 2nd vehicle I have leased from John Hinderer Honda. Great place to do business if you’re shopping for a vehicle. Great service department also. They treat you well.
Great customer service Customer service was top notch. Staff always kept us in the loop on where the process was at and made sure we were taken care of.
Had dent in the door. Had a dent in my truck and they got it out. I'm so glad they were able to get it out. Recommend that if you want something done go there.
