Service Good Sales Not So Hot So it's almost time to buy tires, which I never do, instead I up grade to a new car. While I was waiting on my "recall" to be completed I looked at a few cars inside the show room, and outside , and even picked up some brochures. A couple of salespeople were helping others at desks, someone was at the main desk talking to another JHH person and 2 Salesmen were chatting by the side door. Great customer service Brad was very compassionate and understanding of my financial situation . He worked diligently to find me a car that was reliable and fit the criteria for the financing as well as what would fit in my budget . Am very happy with my Honda Civic and will definitely return for my future car buying needs. I have already referred a friend to Brad to help her purchase a new car.
