Good service 1 hour expecting longer time. The lounge area was excellent. It had convenient amenities, TVs, water bottles and other refreshments, donuts, fruit, ice cream and candy. Very nice

Great staff, wonderful explanation of the car and how to ope Staff is considerate, informative, knowledgeable and cater to your needs. Hindered Honda has a great and clean service department with a nice wait room area with coffee, donuts, ice cream and fruit.

Quick, comfortable, and relieving I called and let Jerrod Ridgeway know the issues I was having. He was able to get me in quickly and took great care of my truck. When I got my truck back it ran great, and the service center even took care of a couple other minor issues I was having to help ensure I was getting the best performance out of my vehicle
Brakes Rotor went bad, they got us right in and did complete rotor & brake job. Since the wait was long, we were comfortable with coffee, snacks, tv. Clean and friendly atmosphere.
Excellent customer service Had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle. The sales and finance team did an excellent job. The prices where unbeatable and would love to do business with them again.
Fuel tank recall Everyone was friendly, as they have always been. Flowers for the ladies on mother’s day was a nice touch. If I wasn’t happy with the service I get while there, I wouldn’t drive an hour and a half
