Very helpful and courteous! I was very confident that the work would be done correctly and as quickly . The dealership over all very clean and customer friendly. The cafe is so nice many things to choose from.
Brakes Rotor went bad, they got us right in and did complete rotor & brake job. Since the wait was long, we were comfortable with coffee, snacks, tv. Clean and friendly atmosphere.
Amazing Service Picked out my first new car yesterday and wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for. Chris Banks was very helpful to pick out the car I wanted. He explained everything I needed to know very thoroughly. Henry and the internet tech were also very helpful and generous.

Great staff, wonderful explanation of the car and how to ope Staff is considerate, informative, knowledgeable and cater to your needs. Hindered Honda has a great and clean service department with a nice wait room area with coffee, donuts, ice cream and fruit.
Good service 1 hour expecting longer time. The lounge area was excellent. It had convenient amenities, TVs, water bottles and other refreshments, donuts, fruit, ice cream and candy. Very nice
Quick, comfortable, and relieving I called and let Jerrod Ridgeway know the issues I was having. He was able to get me in quickly and took great care of my truck. When I got my truck back it ran great, and the service center even took care of a couple other minor issues I was having to help ensure I was getting the best performance out of my vehicle
Every time I have work done my key FOB doesn't work Last time I had my oil change done my key FOB stopped working for two weeks. This time I got my oil change done my FOB isn't working when I use it but its automatically locking and unlocking my car without me touching it. It's really aggravating and its potentially risking my car to being broken into. Also two times ago a technician must of not properly torqued my tire because I was missing a lug nut.
