Friendly and Eager to Please John Hinderer Honda and we are beginning a partnership with the purchase of my new Insight. Buying a new car is both exciting and a little stressful. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and eager to please. I felt assured they were listening to my questions and concerns. If this partnership is as good as I hope, it will last for a long time. I can’t wait to eat some of those cookies!
Oil change service Overall 5 stars. Jacob was excellent in his customer service, explaining upcoming services needed on the vehicle. Did receive a quote of four new tires, was disappointed Hinderer Honda did not have discount / coupon options for loyal customers. Pricing seemed high.

Great experience Everyone at John Hinderer was very helpful. Compared to other auto dealerships, they seemed very honest and forthcoming. Their customer service is awesome. After our purchase, they took the time to go through our new vehicle with us to make sure we understood all the features. Insurance collision repair My brand new Honda crv was rearended in February and it took a while, but the responsible party had Nationwide insurance and this repair center as a preferred partner. I am thrilled that it looks brand new again!
Great place to buy a vehicle! I called and asked about a vehicle they had for sale and treated with respect and given an accurate description of the vehicle. I asked them to take a few more pictures for me and they were happy to do that and sent them right over to me. I text the salesman I was dealing with to let him know I would be coming down Monday to look at the vehicle. He let me know that he was off that day but would have someone there to help me.
