Excellence I enjoyed the quality and care in which staff listened to what I wanted and did their best to make that happen. Interaction between myself and all staff was honest, friendly and down to earth. Being able to converse with staff and them to us is why I have return time and time again to John Hinderer. I have bought a minimum of 5 vehicles from them over the years. I would and will recommend them to friends and family. We appreciated Justin Hinderer for taking the time to talk with us and help us with our purchase.

Great experience John Phillips took the time to explain the items discovered during inspection that needed attention. John was very patient and walked me back to the service area to explain issues with my tires so that I could visually understand what he was talking about, which I greatly appreciated. I do not understand vehicle maintenance and thinking you are going in for minor service to have many issues presented, increasing your bill considerably, can be scary. Auto Butler While I will not bring my car in for additional cleaning, I was not happy when I picked my car up after the auto butler. There were bug smudges on the front of my car and after cleaning they put the clear coat right over these smudges. They did not open the rear hatch to clean the shelf under the hatch. Debris was left in the cup holders along with the solution they cleaned them with. Not a particularly happy camper.
Great customer service! I had to bring in my Honda Fit to have a noise coming from my front wheels fixed. Ended up being a wheel bearing. The drivers side was replaced.... but ended up needing both. So I was given a loaner/rental car to get me home since the part was not available. The called me the next day when it was ready. The pricing was very good and Kirk took great care of me the entire way. Plus the waiting room had all the snacks and drinks you could ever need was a bonus!
Friendly and very helpful for first time car buyers. Going in I was very nervous and I did not know what to expect, but after sitting down and talking everything became clear and the process was very smooth.
The Place to buy your next car. Everyone from the mangers to the salesperson was very polite and helpful to find out what you wanted and do whatever they could to fit you into the vehicle that fit you best. I would go back the next time I need another car.
