collision repair with rental car I have been a long time customer of John Hinderer Honda and have always had great service. This time was no different. The Nellie and the other staff in the collision center were great...friendly, professional, and always courteous. My car looked fabulous as well when they were finished. The only reason I did not give them a 5 Star rating is that because of the rental car. Great I had a great experience, although the wait was long, they were busy and I understood! Everyone was friendly and the waiting area was nice to wait in!
No High pressure sales Loved that we were able to find the car we were looking for and that there was no high pressure sales tactics. The sales rep. answered all the questions that we had. We drove from Athens, Ohio to look at vehicles and will come back again when we need another car.
Service was great. I noticed a panel under my car, under the engine, was hanging down. I had no appointment. They took my car right in and fixed it. And no charge. I was out in an hour. I appreciate them fixing it without an appointment.
Excellent service! Curt and his team were exteamly helpful during the whole process. They never made me feel pressured like I have at other dealerships. Curt kept me in the loop while I was waiting for them to receive my vehicle. His team went over all the features of the vehicle with me and the financial process was quick. Excellent team all around!
Friendly Great Service Always fast and friendly. Work was performed perfectly and they even took care of fixing a recall I was unaware of. Will certainly be back
Good experience! Good customer service. Lines of communication were kept open. Sales person was not too pushy. Since my old car had been totaled, the staff made the purchase of my car painless and prompt.

Great people The salesman jason and the finance guy Brad were the 2 nicest people I have had to deal with. And being in a car dealershipmade an even bigger impact. The free ice cream and snacks was great especially if you have kids. Great experience and will definately be back for the next vehicle.
