Love their service! I having always had great service. That’s why I drive from Canal Winchester. I also leased 3-5 Honda’s from them previously. Great!
Oil change and regular maintenance They have always been friendly and informative. They treat me like a human being! Other service places look and talk down to women. Not Here!! If there is an issue, they let you know all the specifics and prices and urgency of repairs needed! Love the evening hours too!
Scheduled oil change and tire rotation Service started on time and point inspection results explained. Overall positive experience. Car was washed and ready to drive away, which I consider a value added bonus.

Great service, great people! Anytime i go to John Hinderer Honda for a service on my vehicle i am greeted right away by multiple individuals. The staff is very welcoming and informative. The waiting area is comfortable and inviting. The complimentary snacks/drinks is very nice to have available. The staff is always great at sticking to time frames or communicating when a back up has occurred. Overall great service all across the board.
