Convenient, fast, pleasant and reasonably priced. I needed fast service — it was arranged for 24 hours later. I was late arriving — no problem. I liked the waiting room. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. The cost was reasonable. What’s not to like?
Fantastic service Great Service and friendly service manager. Fixed wiring from rodents chewing it up! Thought it was a transmission sensor but good news just wiring which saved me more money!
Bought a new ridgeline Overall I had a great experience at this dealership. They were willing to work through email for the most part which allowed for me to spend no time on the actual phone.

Service I was more than pleased with my service. It was finishes in a very timely manner and the lady that took care of my service was very friendly and professional. The gentleman that greeted me was also very friendly and professional. I'm sorry I can't remember his name because he was so very nice.
Missed major items multiple times Missed a tie rod end after telling them I heard a noise in the front end and was getting ready to take a trip. It had about an inch and a half of movement at the wheel. When I took it in for my second free oil change told them what to check and missed the other tie rod end developing play the lower ball joint having play. They also performed work prior to selling the truck and didn't get the front axle seated all the way when they put it back together and drained all the fluid out of the fro... read more
