Not just Honda’s I was impressed by Grace and Dave’s customer service. Since I live 150 miles away, they had the used car ready for my wife and I to inspect. Dave was great to work with as we closed the deal. Too bad I live far enough where I can’t take advantage of their post sales service.
Satisfied I'm always satisfied with the quality of work done by the service department and everybody's always very friendly and welcoming. The waiting area's comfortable and I appreciate the drinks and snacks. I also like to roam the lot and look at all of the cool vehicles for sale. But I paid over $60 for an oil change and tire rotation which is by far the most I ever paid for something like that. Overall, though, I was satisfied with my experience for this service visit.
Oil change Quick checkin and immediate contact when service was completed. Greeted in the parking lot by salesman and staff inside the service area immediately acknowledged me.
Convenient, fast, pleasant and reasonably priced. I needed fast service — it was arranged for 24 hours later. I was late arriving — no problem. I liked the waiting room. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. The cost was reasonable. What’s not to like?
Great customer service goes a lot way. And John Hinderer Honda did that. My visit there went great and i left with a nice car.
