Unexpected extras We always get great service with John Hinderer. This time it was taking longer than expected. The service agent came out and offered us a free rental so we would not have to wait any longer. We had not complained about the wait so it was totally unexpected. Just shows how they care about their customers!

They had my car checked a day before my appointment Jason was friendly and they did check about noise I was hearing when I started the car but found no problem. It was great having my car back within two hours.
