Unexpected extras We always get great service with John Hinderer. This time it was taking longer than expected. The service agent came out and offered us a free rental so we would not have to wait any longer. We had not complained about the wait so it was totally unexpected. Just shows how they care about their customers!

Great no pressure sale Friendly no pressure sale throughout the process. Zach thoroughly explaining the features on our CRV during the test drive. We enjoyed working with him and other during the sales process.

Great Service. With all the busyness that was going on and questions flying right and left Jason's way Jason was able to shut all the chatter off for that moment and able to just focus on me and my required need for my vehicle service.
