Amy was great Amy provided a great over all experience. She was friendly and easy to work with through the entire process. She made sure we were comfortable and taken care of while we were waiting for the different departments to prepare and complete their work.

Worthwhile wait I went to the dealership and was met by someone at the door directing me to the service door. A young man helped me although not all my information was on the appointment system, but he was very nice. The waiting room was awesome with plenty of outlets to plug in my computer and cell phone. There was food and plenty of seats that were very comfortable.
Oil change The service department is always friendly and willing to answer my questions. My family has bought at least 7 cars from John Hinderer and I feel welcomed when I am there.
