Excellent The hospitality is incredible from the time you walk in the door till the time you leave. Not only do they take care of your services and needs, they make sure your comfortable within the environment. Overall an excellent facility and service center.
Terrific Because Jason makes sure that I am greeted, taken care of and informed during the process. Also if there is something new that is discovered I always get a call to explain and pricing.
Was there a while a little over 3 hours other than great The wait was a little longer than I would like, but overall great friendly service. I would like,to,see lower prices but thats to,be excepted with certain credit.
Great service, workers very kind and considerate. I brought my Honda in due to a recall. Service team met me directly and showed me the waiting room(which was very nice). Vehicle was done in under an hour, my car had been washed, and i was given an estimate on my front bumper. Service guys were phenomenal. I will be back. Thank you all for making my first visit a good one.

Small problem for my car, but big to me I am frustrated with your dealership. It seems like every time I have a service, something isn’t completed or there are issues. I want to not worry or have to take extra steps to make sure everything is taken care of on my car. I had a 30,000 service done. Jacob was wonderful and answered all my questions. Thank you so much for your feedback on your experience at our dealership. We understand how frustrating a light can be especially after you just had your car into the dealership for service. As part of the 30K mile service we reset ALL tire pressures and rotate your tires and sometimes this time of year with temperature changes as much as 40 degrees it plays havoc with your TPMS system. 2019 accord sport Couldn't have been smoother or more pleasant. Amy was great, never felt like she was selling which for me is the best. She was very knowledgeable about the car. I did extensive research and I still learned some things about the car from her. She is a great asset to your dealership in my opinion. Also the guy who helped with Financials, Henry, was extremely efficient and definitely knows his stuff. Great customer care and service Our salesman Michael was attentive and professional. He got us exactly into the car we were looking for and was very knowledgeable. He was a real pleasure to deal with and kept us up-to-date through the whole process. Our vehicle had to be ordered and he called us daily with updates. We could not ask for a better experience. When it came to the paperwork Henry actually made that experience enjoyable. He was pleasant, kind and thorough.
