Great customer care and service Our salesman Michael was attentive and professional. He got us exactly into the car we were looking for and was very knowledgeable. He was a real pleasure to deal with and kept us up-to-date through the whole process. Our vehicle had to be ordered and he called us daily with updates. We could not ask for a better experience. When it came to the paperwork Henry actually made that experience enjoyable. He was pleasant, kind and thorough.

Everyone pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable. I always get prompt, friendly service. Everything is spotless, and services are reasonably priced. The waiting area is very comfortable and spacious, with TVs, snacks and work spaces.

2019 accord sport Couldn't have been smoother or more pleasant. Amy was great, never felt like she was selling which for me is the best. She was very knowledgeable about the car. I did extensive research and I still learned some things about the car from her. She is a great asset to your dealership in my opinion. Excellent The hospitality is incredible from the time you walk in the door till the time you leave. Not only do they take care of your services and needs, they make sure your comfortable within the environment. Overall an excellent facility and service center.
30,000 mile service done I called John hinderer and was able to get in the very next day. I got the 30,000 mile service done it took a couple hours and I was on my way. Told them I wanted to discuss tires so they gave me several options for the next visit. Satisfied
5 hours is too long Matt and Miguel were top notch and easy to work with. In fact, they are the reason we stayed there. Waiting 5 hours to finish leasing a car is absurd...and we already knew what we wanted! Something needs to change to quicken your processes. I liked the fact that you had a play room for my daughter. Without that, because we spent over an hour in there waiting, we would have probably needed to leave.
