Small problem for my car, but big to me I am frustrated with your dealership. It seems like every time I have a service, something isn’t completed or there are issues. I want to not worry or have to take extra steps to make sure everything is taken care of on my car. I had a 30,000 service done. Jacob was wonderful and answered all my questions. Thank you so much for your feedback on your experience at our dealership. We understand how frustrating a light can be especially after you just had your car into the dealership for service. As part of the 30K mile service we reset ALL tire pressures and rotate your tires and sometimes this time of year with temperature changes as much as 40 degrees it plays havoc with your TPMS system. Was there a while a little over 3 hours other than great The wait was a little longer than I would like, but overall great friendly service. I would like,to,see lower prices but thats to,be excepted with certain credit.
No appointment I didnt have an appointment but when I talked to Jason he said bring your van in. Glad I did because we found an oil leak. Repaired oil leak and replaced all rotors and brake pads
The excellent service at Hinderer Honda is very appreciated. I needed services for new brakes and 4 wheel suspension alignment on my Pilot. They also performed the basic maintenance and a 105 mile service. The waiting room is nice and actually offers a great selection of snacks and drinks as you wait.
