Short wait time, friendly Love the customer service...top notch. I felt like a valued customer from the time I walked through the door. I expected an hour wait time for my oil change and was pleasantly surprised that it was closer to 30 minutes.
Collision work after deer VS CRV They went above and beyond to work around my schedule. My needs and concerns were well taken care of. everything well explained, very curtious and helpful.
Flat tire They were very helpful and polite. I have been there before and they were always helpful. The waiting room is very pleasant and has great hot chocolate
Good service but slow. The men in the intake/check out are great. Explained everything well. The time it takes to get the service is a little extreme. 1.5-2 hours I feel is a little lengthy for an oil change and tire rotation.
