I went in for an oil change Took my CRV in for an oil change and they had me out by 45 minutes. They did all the checks and went over with me. He also checked and found this was my tenth oil change so it was free. What a pleasant surprise.

Sales Person Was Great We had come to purchase a car in December, the car seemed to be a "lemon". In the first 5 weeks of purchase, we only had/drove it for approx 7 days. But after speaking with a few people before speaking to Justin, we finally got a fantastic deal from them on another car. Our sales rep, Chris Banks, was awesome! We truly love our new car!

Sales person was great, finance person too pushy on maintena The sales person, Matt, was awesome. Did not appreciate the pushy nature of the finance person. Next time, please just do the deal...do not try to up sell us maintenance or gap coverage numerous times!! Made the whole process 2 1/2 hours long. We were just trying to buy our lease car!
More Than Expected I have brought my last 3 Honda’s here for service and have only had exceptional experiences but today the team went above and beyond. Last minute change of plans on my part gave them an opportunity which they seized! I most likely would have had to cancel my appointment or have the kids with me to wait or to be shuttled home and find a ride back to pick up the vehicle. Jason offered to have my vehicle picked up from my home, serviced and then delivered back to my garage!! Way Above And Beyond In My Book!!
