Excellent! I have been working with John Hinderer Honda for a little over a year now. I had a Civic that I absolutely hated, Chris Banks and Henry Tiller went above and beyond to make sure I got the car that I would love at least throughout the rest of my college career. Awesome service and hospitality Our service representative was very kind and knowledgeable. He Answered our questions about how to use certain features on our new vehicle. The hospitality and kids play area were an extra blessing.

Oil change/Tire rotation I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Jacob did an excellent job setting my expectations. I was quoted an hour to complete the service and he delivered. Thank you! I will definitely schedule my next appointment with JHH again.
I found a great vehicle locally! Being able to purchase a car locally allows me to take advantage of the local perks (car washes, oil changes, etc.). And the cost was comparable to all of the larger out of town dealers. The sales staff were knowledgable and courteous.
CRV brakes squawking! Family member home from college states “my car is making a strange noise”, upon investigation noted the squealer tab was alerting us of rear brake pads needed replaced. Granted it was a Sunday afternoon and my daughter was due back to school. No problem, Hinderer Honda Service open, got brakes done in a couple hours. All good. Great Service!
