Awesome, awesome experience. We bought 2 Pilots from Chris Banks. The group there at John Hinderer Honda made the entire process a wonderful experience. They made us feel like we were the only clients in the world. They went through every single step very thoroughly. They truly treated us as family and I am very thankful for choosing them as our dealer. Chris Banks was really top notch and I would strongly recommend him to anyone. Shout out to Greg Strausz and Henry Tiller! Those two were awesome as well!
Very helpful & GREAT customer service!! I needed to trade my older Honda in for my growing family but still needed to be within a reasonable payment. Kristen, Henry, and Greg went the extra mile to put me into something. It has turned out to be a great addition in vehicles for our family. I got to the dealership with a surprise of even a lower interest rate that Henry made possible! Cannot say enough how amazing my experience was!

He will even catch small things that I didn't bring my car in for and make suggestions to ensure it is running smoothly. oil change Dealership is clean. The waiting area offers anything that one might need while waiting. I bring my own drink . Many people do use all the very nice offered items. The wait was short and staff courteous. Very nice dealership.
B1 on odometer and had battery checked. Great personal service and friendly and helpful and knowledgeable staff. Like how they tell you what needs done in the future. Also always Che k tires to see how much tread is left.

Superb staff with attention to detail All the people I dealt with were professional and knowledgeable. They made sure I was familiar with all aspects of the new car I was leasing.
As expected, even better. I came in for a rattle in my headliner and a routine oil change. By the time I was scheduled in, I got the rattle fixed, my oil changed, and they serviced a Honda recall that I was unaware of! Thanks to Kirk and the team that took care of my 2017 Ridgeline!
