Recall Dealership called on Friday. Repairs were made on following Moday. Staff was helpful, always friendly and drops me at work during repair. They brought my car back to me when complete so I didn't need to leave work.
Update: They Listened!! Exhaust fumes Justin Hinderer personally called me to discuss the issue I was having. He and I discussed the lack of communication and he brought our newly purchased used car back into his store, gave us a courtesy car and is helping us get it repaired. Honest people committed to taking care of customers We had a great experience purchasing a preowned vehicle at John Hinderer Honda in Heath. Our sales guy Chris was great, the finance process was quick and easy and everyone was courteous and friendly the minute you walk in the door. We will definitely make the drive back for future vehicle purchases.
Excellent Our Sales Consultant was Amy Miracle. She was extremely to easy to talk to without the high pressure sales that I have experienced at other local dealerships. I would highly recommend Amy to other people interested in a vehicle. We had a problem with the vehicle after we left. Jason and Kirk have done an excellent job to get it resolved. They knew the car was for my daughter who gets her license in a couple weeks so they understood the importance of a safe vehicle.
