Recall I received a letter in the mail stating that there was a software upgrade that needed to be installed. When I first called they did not have the part yet, so instructed me to call back the next week. It was in and I scheduled service. It was very easy to sit and wait for my car with all of the amenities of the waiting area. It took approximately an hour and a half.
Always great service! I always choose to have my vehicles serviced at John Hinderer Honda because of the Service department staff! Jason Culver always gets my car in and out in great time and answers all of my questions in an easy to understand fashion! This last visit, with the inclement weather, Joe Bertke was super helpful making sure to check on my vehicle while I waited so I could get back on the road safely!
