Great car for a good price I mostly enjoyed my car buying experience. Eric was pleasant and helpful. I felt a bit of pressure but expected this. The only issue I had was that something was damaged between the time that I purchased the car and when I picked it up. Eric stated that the service department would look at the problem and I hope that the issue can be resolved.
It was very fast and easy. The service was speedy but unfortunately they couldn’t help with either of the two services I needed. I bought a 2018 Accord Sport 5 months ago and the glass part of the drivers side mirror keeps falling out so they said they ordered it and it would be in the next day and that they would call me and it’s been over a week now and I haven’t heard anything. Quick, easy, & simple This was my first time using the Service Center & it was great! I needed to have my passenger air bags taken a look at and everything was easy and quick. Conner helped me at the service desk and did a great job of providing me with any information I needed. I will return!
Great We bought the auto butler service so brought our Honda here for that service so we did not have to pay anything but like the auto butlrr
Check Engine Light The Check Engine Light came on trip from Columbus to Baltimore. The service department took me right away. A piece of lint was removed from air filter. The check engine light has not come back on.
Service They got me right in and finish when they said they would Jerrod was very nice and explained Every thing to me and got me in my way.
Exciting. Very energetic people wanting to help at everything. Had know problem getting in and out with no problems. The staff was great and cared for me to the end.
Service Experience Our service time was very pleasant and comfortable in a welcoming environment. They provided us with snacks and drinks at our leisure while we waited for the service to be completed.
