Fast, friendly crew - comprehensive work I bought my Civic and CR-V new from Hinderer Honda and have had the vehicles maintained there exclusively ever since. I really appreciate the fact that the service advisors review the history of the work they have performed on each of my vehicles and make recommendations of routine maintenance work needed based on the history and mileage.
Great They worked hard to get me into this truck. Everyone was very nice to me and I like the atmosphere of the dealership . Will come back in the future
Service appointment What started as a regular service appointment which I was forwarned would be expensive because of the mileage turned into a weeklong event because of parts not coming in. Jason, my contact, arranged a rental car and kept me appraised of the situation. When the battery went dead a week after this visit Jason again got me right in and did not charge for the battery. I was very impressed and grateful for the care that I was given.
Exceptional Service Through Each Step Jason successfully assisted us in identifying a new Honda Pilot that aligned with our requirements. He took the time to go through each step of process ensuring that we understood. Jason exceeded our expectations!
Amazing customer service I came to John Hinderer Honda thinking that I wouldn’t get approved or I’d be approved with a monthly over 500. I was wrong with 0 credit they were able to get me into a 2019 Honda Fit will low payments. If I ever buy a car from them again the only 2 people I would ever talk to are Jordan Smith and Tom Diggs! Best experience ever.
Great Service from all Ron Strong has helped me with purchases in the past. He has always stayed in touch with reminders of service needed and specials available. He is a great sales rep! Always friendly and courteous. Alexis Barnett also helped me with my car set up -- connected my phone -- made sure that I understood various changes in the 2019 vs my older 2016 model. She was also friendly and "smiley"!! I highly recommend them!
Great experience on buying a new 2019 Honda Pilot!! Chris took the time to show me the car in a very thorough way!! Explained all the new equipment and took the time to show how it works!! This is the first new vehicle we have purchased since 1986, so it was a very special event for us. Amazingly Easy Joseph and the crew I worked with at Hinderer were amazing! Couldn't have asked for an easier experience. I wasn't looking to replace my car, but it became necessity. Joseph got my process started over the phone and even stayed late to finish the process. Mike was also incredibly friendly and helpful.
