Service department The service department is always friendly and helpful!! The quickness and efficiency is very helpful. The shuttle offering is a great quality youndont find everywhere. The prices could be a little more comparable to local shops.
Service appointment What started as a regular service appointment which I was forwarned would be expensive because of the mileage turned into a weeklong event because of parts not coming in. Jason, my contact, arranged a rental car and kept me appraised of the situation. When the battery went dead a week after this visit Jason again got me right in and did not charge for the battery. I was very impressed and grateful for the care that I was given.
Professional, comfortable and simple One of the easiest car buying experience ever. No high pressure, simple process with sales staff and quick closing without the normal car buying hassle. What a difference with Hinderer.
oil change i had a certificate for a free oil change &.they also gave me a complimentary car wash ,which lookd fabulous.! when they finishd he had a printout of the diagnosis for future repairs,for preventitive maintence,..they werent pushy jst seemd very caring and friendly..the waiting area is awesome. they have snacks and drinks for free.the attendant was very helpful,i will prbly start gettn my oil changed here regularly..
Good experience. David was very helpful in the purchase of our 2013 Honda CRV. We came in knowing what we wanted and for an approximate price point. Even though we weren’t able to get prices quite down to what we were looking at, David worked extremely hard at trying to bring the pricing and financing down to a level of something at which we could actually do. Thanks. (Loved the ice cream and warm cookies...)

Professional, courteous, and timely I absolutely love Hinderer Honda in Heath! They have great amenities in the waiting area (including a children’s room), and the staff are top-notch. They are pretty timely, although I have waited for awhile before on an oil change. I recommend them for their service and also if you are in need of a new Honda!
