They took excellent care of a difficult customer Yes, I consider myself a difficult customer, and picky. I first took a car home, and after messing with it, it was not what I had hoped. Not their fault at all. When I called my salesman, Curt Purdy, he understood. Told me to bring the car right back and he'd find what I was looking for. It was good It I went to John hinderer honda. They made me feel like I'm at home. Everyone was nice and offered drinks or anything I needed when I was there. They will work with you also. I would recommend this dealership to buy a new vehicle.
Spare Key I went in to get a spare key for my 2015 Honda Civic LX made and the employees I talked to were very helpful. The guys were also very quick with the programming of my key. In addition, I very much appreciated the complimentary car wash provided.
Incompete I have bought and leased several vehicles from here and the sales and service departments have been friendly and helpful. We like dealing here but lately I have had some concerns. I bought a used Honda Pilot for my daughter and it did have high mileage but the service record was good the maintenance seem to be consistent. First time for service. Everyone was friendly and professional. John Phillips greeted me and was very kind. A nice lady offered me food and a drink. Service was fast.

Professional, courteous, and timely I absolutely love Hinderer Honda in Heath! They have great amenities in the waiting area (including a children’s room), and the staff are top-notch. They are pretty timely, although I have waited for awhile before on an oil change. I recommend them for their service and also if you are in need of a new Honda!

oil change i had a certificate for a free oil change &.they also gave me a complimentary car wash ,which lookd fabulous.! when they finishd he had a printout of the diagnosis for future repairs,for preventitive maintence,..they werent pushy jst seemd very caring and friendly..the waiting area is awesome. they have snacks and drinks for free.the attendant was very helpful,i will prbly start gettn my oil changed here regularly..
