Fast, friendly crew - comprehensive work I bought my Civic and CR-V new from Hinderer Honda and have had the vehicles maintained there exclusively ever since. I really appreciate the fact that the service advisors review the history of the work they have performed on each of my vehicles and make recommendations of routine maintenance work needed based on the history and mileage.
Incompete I have bought and leased several vehicles from here and the sales and service departments have been friendly and helpful. We like dealing here but lately I have had some concerns. I bought a used Honda Pilot for my daughter and it did have high mileage but the service record was good the maintenance seem to be consistent. They took excellent care of a difficult customer Yes, I consider myself a difficult customer, and picky. I first took a car home, and after messing with it, it was not what I had hoped. Not their fault at all. When I called my salesman, Curt Purdy, he understood. Told me to bring the car right back and he'd find what I was looking for. Car Buying Experience I was treated as a valued customer the minute I walked in the door. I knew the car that I wanted when I went in and was able to make what I feel like was a great deal. The sales people, finance people, and all of the staff there were very friendly and helpful. The dealership itself was very comfortable and clean.
