I used John and his team at the Elmhurst Guaranteed Rate to get the loan for my first house. Everyone I dealt with during my home buying experience at Guaranteed Rate was amazing, if I ever had a question they were a phone call away day or night. John and his team exceeded every expectation with my loan process. Multiple low rate offers with Unheardof customer service. Any question or concern I had day or night was answered and explain almost immediately. They were able to close on my loan in under 4 weeks where as most banks and other lenders take a minimum of a month. Any time in the future when I need a lender they will be my go to.

We just purchased our first place and it was such a great experience working with John. He was always on top of things and would even worked weekends when we needed the pre-approval letter. He not only ran our numbers and told us we are good but he also gave us a range that we were eligible for while we were looking for our home. The process was super smooth and due to the immediate response from John and our agent we were able to sigh our initial contract on a Saturday.
