I recently purhased a new single family home, selling my underwater townhouse. John Noldan of Guaranteed Rate was there for us from the start, making it a much less stressful process than it could have been. John and his team were thorough and responded quickly to every question I had along the way. We couldn't be happier with our new home and the money we saved along the way. Billy Burns and his team made the loan experience (for a second time) fast, easy and truly delivered a great rate. John and his team were very helpful and informative from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about my experience with John. It has been many years since I bought a new home and the process has changed greatly. John understood this and was very patient with me and made sure I new felt stressed or confused. I called John late at night and he took my call. I was dealing with a different mortgage company i was not happy with, when i explained my situation to John he said he would guarantee he would do a better job.... well i didnt know what to believe cause i had a bad experience with other company...... John was right , he did exactly what he promised me. Great Company , Great People.... We were so happy.......

I was very happy with John Noldan, Billy Burns and the rest of the Guaranteed Rate staff. I was able to secure a loan at the rate I had hoped for and everything went smoothly. The Guaranteed Rate process of uploading forms definitely made the process much smoother.All in all, couldn't be happier!

Communication is the key, as well as being detail-oriented. John and his team are great communicators and very detail-oriented. Due to his diligence, my close went smoothly with no hitches at the end.

John Noldan and his team at Guaranteed rate not only offered us the lowest rate, they also managed a best in class closing process.They asked the right questions and requested the right documents ahead of the deadlines. They worked directly with our realtor and attorney to minimize the paperwork burden on us. Obtaining a mortgage with John Noldan was the best decision we made! We have obtained mortgages and remortgaged in the past and this by far was our best experience. We shopped around and his prices beat all! Just as important during the stress of moving is that the loan process does not add more stress.
