Recently closed a loan with Guaranteed Rate, and John Noldan was our mortgage guy. Or rather, John Noldan's TEAM worked with me and my husband. We'd never worked with a mortgage "team" before, and were very impressed with how friendly everyone was.........and super professional. John helped me with my purchase and was always very responsive throughout the process. I only put down 3.5% and also received money through IDHA, which was a lot of extra hoops to jump through. I would highly recommend!

Before applying for a mortgage I have heard horror stories about the document requests and length of time to get from pre-qualification to closing and my wife and I were very nerveous.
