John helped me with my purchase and was always very responsive throughout the process. I only put down 3.5% and also received money through IDHA, which was a lot of extra hoops to jump through. I would highly recommend!

Before applying for a mortgage I have heard horror stories about the document requests and length of time to get from pre-qualification to closing and my wife and I were very nerveous. I called John late at night and he took my call. I was dealing with a different mortgage company i was not happy with, when i explained my situation to John he said he would guarantee he would do a better job.... well i didnt know what to believe cause i had a bad experience with other company...... John was right , he did exactly what he promised me. Great Company , Great People.... We were so happy.......
