I was very impressed with Guaranteed Rate. John Noldan and his team were responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Anytime I sent an e-mail with specific questions I would hear back within an hour or so, and they were very transparent every step of the way. They made this first home-buying experience much less stressful than I anticipated, and I am very appreciative of that.
