John and his team were very efficient and were always available for questions and clarifications. He was able to give me the lowest rate than other lenders I spoke with. I am very very happy I chose to work with John! At my closing, I realized how important John's efficiency was for the whole process. My closing went smoothly because of John!

Anytime I sent an e-mail with specific questions I would hear back within an hour or so, and they were very transparent every step of the way. They made this first home-buying experience much less stressful than I anticipated, and I am very appreciative of that.
