We used John to purchase our new home. He was extremely helpful from the very beginning. We wanted to look at a house on a Sunday that required proof of ability to buy and John was able to get us the document we needed the very same day. Our closing was smooth with no surprises. I would recommend using him for all of your real estate needs.

I would not recommend John Noldan. When I told him I have 20% as a down payment he was very responsive. As soon as I found out from other lenders that I could do 15% down with no PMI, and told John about it, his demeanor changed quickly. He stopped responding had his assistant respond to me after I specifically asked him for help because it was my first time buying a home. I understand that not having 20% to put down would require more work on his end and it was clear he had no interest in doing that work. I almost lost the ... read more

We feel John was nothing hit rude over the phone and apparently the rest of his team took the same approach. We are attempting to get a conventional loan along with a IDHA down payment assistance loan. John told us to hold off on filing are taxes despite what we are being told that it is required to meet IDHA requirements. We are first time buyers and less then a week away from contigency date this loan may fail due to his horrible advice. My suggestion is to go elsewhere.
