I have bought, refinanced, and sold every home I have owned, so I have been through quite a few closings. I would dread the process because it always seemed tedious and unorganized. My husband and I just purchased our first home together. We were pretty unfamiliar with the loan process. John and his team (Linda & Riley) were very helpful and patient with all our questions. They always returned my calls and emails very quickly as well. Our entire loan process (pre-approval to funding) went very quickly and we as well as our attorney and realtor were apprised of each step via email. I just recommended John to one of my good friends and will continue to do so.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with John and his team. He was professional, responsive, HONEST, and diligent. I actually only went to John after the mortgage broker that I was working with went back on his word. At this point, I was supposed to close on my house in a week and now needed to find new financing. I had an Outstanding experience working with John and his team! I first worked with him when refinancing my house, and it was such a smooth transaction~I was on bedrest and he even had someone come out to my house! How thoughtful!
