John and his team were a great group to work with. They had the lowest rates of all the places we looked into. As a first time home buyer I really appreciated how they quickly and patiently answered all my questions. I did not feel like I was getting any kind of run around that I was dealing with at the banks. John took the time to meet with us and go over the loan application page by page explaining what everything meant and making sure we understood and felt comfortable with everything. Every question we had along the way was answered quickly and simply so we could keep the process moving forward. For example, we need to know how much money to bring to closing a few days before the HUD GFI was ready.
