As a first time home buyer, John was very helpful at explaining the home buying process and making sure I understood all the small details that go into buying a home. He was extremely responsive to my requests and questions. John and his team are amazing to work with! I would recommend John to anyone looking for a mortgage banker. Their communication and responsiveness is outstanding. John and his team had our clear to close prior to our contingency date and we had our final numbers to the dollar over 24 hours prior to closing. Their hard work made for an extremely smooth purchase transaction for husband and I.

John is eager to please his clients, and does a wonderful job! We were searching for our home for over a year, and John was always very quick to respond to all my hypothetical questions about financing (despite us not officially working with him yet). John and his team were a great group to work with. They had the lowest rates of all the places we looked into. As a first time home buyer I really appreciated how they quickly and patiently answered all my questions. I did not feel like I was getting any kind of run around that I was dealing with at the banks. And to top it off, John personally checked in periodically to make sure everything was going smoothly and called to congratulate us on the new purchase. We have been working with John, and his team. We started our process quickly, and everything went very smooth. With being a first time home buyer, we had a lot of questions, and every team member we worked with, helped tremendously. Always responding promptly, and also, helpful to understand the steps as we went through them. In the future we will absolutely use Guaranteed Rate with John Noldan, and his amazing team. It was a more personal experience which made it more comforting than just about business.

John and his team were amazing. We moved quickly on a new house and were able to secure funding and have everything in line to move in within a month of starting our home search. They were very responsive and quick to move on every step. When we had questions, we never had to wait less than a few hours. We were able to get a great rate, so great that we did not pursue any other lenders.
