John and his team were a great group to work with. They had the lowest rates of all the places we looked into. As a first time home buyer I really appreciated how they quickly and patiently answered all my questions. I did not feel like I was getting any kind of run around that I was dealing with at the banks. And to top it off, John personally checked in periodically to make sure everything was going smoothly and called to congratulate us on the new purchase. I would definitely recommend John Noldan and his team.

We have been working with John, and his team. We started our process quickly, and everything went very smooth. With being a first time home buyer, we had a lot of questions, and every team member we worked with, helped tremendously. Always responding promptly, and also, helpful to understand the steps as we went through them. In the future we will absolutely use Guaranteed Rate with John Noldan, and his amazing team. It was a more personal experience which made it more comforting than just about business.

John and his team were extremely helpful and friendly. I needed to close on my house very quickly, and they did everything they could to make sure that happened. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house.

John and his team were amazing. We moved quickly on a new house and were able to secure funding and have everything in line to move in within a month of starting our home search. They were very responsive and quick to move on every step. When we had questions, we never had to wait less than a few hours. We were able to get a great rate, so great that we did not pursue any other lenders.

This company literally saved me from losing my house. I was working with First Merit and they spent 6 weeks holding onto my file and getting nothing accomplished when I was trying to purchase a house. I switched over to Guaranteed Rate, and it took them 4 business days to have me clear to close. I owe them my house, and am forever grateful!!

We recently worked with John and his team for the purchase of our first home. Being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions. John took the time to meet with us and go over the loan application page by page explaining what everything meant and making sure we understood and felt comfortable with everything. He was also very responsive via phone and email. John and his team were great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Every question we had along the way was answered quickly and simply so we could keep the process moving forward. For example, we need to know how much money to bring to closing a few days before the HUD GFI was ready. John's team (Riley in particular) got us a number that was within $400 of the actual number so we did not take more money our of our bank then needed to close. That's good business. John Noldan is the perfect example of what a mortgage banker should truly be. He was professional, responsive and had a team of individuals that worked with him to close an extermely complicated refinance. He possessed intricate knoweldge of the lending industry that he used to tip toe around and through some very difficult issues in my refiance. The closing for my home was absolutely seamless. He is the only mortgage banker that I will ever use from this point forward.
