This company literally saved me from losing my house. We recently worked with John and his team for the purchase of our first home. Being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions. John took the time to meet with us and go over the loan application page by page explaining what everything meant and making sure we understood and felt comfortable with everything. He was also very responsive via phone and email. John and his team were great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Every question we had along the way was answered quickly and simply so we could keep the process moving forward. For example, we need to know how much money to bring to closing a few days before the HUD GFI was ready. John's team (Riley in particular) got us a number that was within $400 of the actual number so we did not take more money our of our bank then needed to close. That's good business. John Noldan is the perfect example of what a mortgage banker should truly be. He was professional, responsive and had a team of individuals that worked with him to close an extermely complicated refinance. He possessed intricate knoweldge of the lending industry that he used to tip toe around and through some very difficult issues in my refiance. The closing for my home was absolutely seamless. We bought our first home with a loan through John and his team. I must say that they were an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone needing a home loan.
