Due to an unresponsive opposing realtor, we were up against a logistical deadline for closing. We bought our first home with a loan through John and his team. I must say that they were an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone needing a home loan. While we were a bit new to the process since this was our first home, they took time out to guide us through every step of the way, giving us lots of options and explaining all of them in great detail. We used John to purchase our new home. He was extremely helpful from the very beginning. We wanted to look at a house on a Sunday that required proof of ability to buy and John was able to get us the document we needed the very same day. Our closing was smooth with no surprises.
