John and Dorothy are very versed in this process. We were able to close on this loan while I was on vacation in a different state! They coordinated everything and kept us up-to-date the entire way. I didn’t have to lift a finger except to sign the papers! I have been using this team for plenty of refis and the purchase of a new home. Fantastic service and even better people.
