We were referred by our realtors to contact John Ruiz. John made borrowing easy and actually made time to talk on his cell phone on multiple occasions. He gave great attention to our home buying process and I would say met and exceeded all expectations. I enjoyed his thorough feedback and suggestions while setting up our mortgage. He went above and behind to help my wife get her credit score slightly higher to make sure we got the deal we wanted.
