No need to look anywhere else, John saved my closing from an absolute nightmare I ran into with a big bank. 10 days before closing with the big bank, I was informed my loan has been denied. My realtor referred me to John and he was able to not only get me a rate at .5% lower, he was also able to get it done in almost 10 days, which is almost unheard of.
